Oscar Conti , Construction Consultant  and Project Manager with nearly 20 years of international experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. He is the founder of CONTIDB. His desire is to deliver high quality consulting services to the construction and real estate development industry using cutting edge technology such as AI.

Oscar began his career in the land surveying industry, where precision and zero-margin errors were essential. That early foundation taught him the discipline of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability values that continue to shape his approach to construction management. Today, he brings that same mindset to the broader challenges of the construction industry, with a focus on minimizing waste, reducing inefficiencies, and delivering projects with clarity and control.

His professional background spans large-scale infrastructure, tunneling, hydrologic projects, industrial infrastructure such as power stations, residential development, and commercial construction. He spent a decade working with Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) on major metro systems, including Cityringen in Copenhagen and the Rome Metro. His experience also includes hydrologic projects such as the Bumbuna Dam in Sierra Leone and Gilgel Gibe II in Ethiopia, as well as residential developments and commercial projects like the Ferring Soundport building near Copenhagen Airport and the extension of Bocconi University in Milan.

 

Oscar is a member and mentor at the Project Management Institute of Los Angeles as he holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification . In addition he is a member of AACE International, the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
